that all the personal data provided through the web will be incorporated to files, created
and maintained under the responsibility of SOROBAN SISTEMAS DE GESTION S.L.
called “Customer File and Supplier File”.

PURPOSE

The personal data provided will be used to manage the orders placed by you, the
corresponding administrative and legal tasks thus derived to send you information about
news, promotions exclusively of products and services that may be of interest to you.
The answer to the forms to receive information of the products or goods of SOROBAN,
as well as of any other questionnaire that can be facilitated in a future, is totally
optional. However, the refusal of the user to facilitate certain data, will be able to
suppose the impossibility to carry out the service of electronic commerce offered, or
question requested to SOROBAN.
The personal data provided in no case will be used for ulterior purposes that are not

general, while the commercial function of SOROBAN continues being of the interest of

The personal data treated by SOROBAN come from the direct transfer of the interested

to SOROBAN or to request punctual or periodical information.

Commercial information.
No banking data or data relating to means of payment are included in the file called
“Customer file”.

SOROBAN in order to guarantee the fulfillment of the LSSICE (Law of the society of
the information and electronic commerce) will enable in all the communications by email,
with you, a legal closing at informative level where it will enable tools (electronic
mail or automatism to unsubscribe) to guarantee the exercise of opposition to the
reception of electronic communications of informative or commercial scope of
automatic form in order to put to your disposition mechanisms, the simplest and without
cost, for the exercise of such right of Opposition.
